Setting up a tender service for a European customer

Client requested Dredging Work to write and initiate a marketing approach for setting up a new tender service.

Over the course of around 6 months Dredging Work:

  • Assisted with the procurement, mobilisation and commissioning of multiple tender vessels
  • Devised, initiated and upheld an extensive marketing campaign which was so successful that the tender service “hit the ground running” with multiple repetitive clients as of day one
  • Advised on relocating the clients offices to more strategic working location towards the future
